The apartment has two bedrooms and a spacious and light living room with access to a balcony. A brand new luxurious kitchen with all equipment. Bathroom with bath & separate shower. Separate 2nd toilet in hallway. There is an elevator in the building. Included is an exclusive parking spot in the parking garage underneath the apartment building.

Particularities:
* Minimum rental period of 12 months for a temporary period
* Income requirement: gross monthly salary is at least 3x the monthly rent
